Inspired by the year of the dog, BULLDOG Gin & Hutong have created the fruity, yet refreshing, “Panhu” cocktail, to celebrate Chinese New Year on 16th February.

The Panhu myth tells the story of an unlikely hero, a dragon-dog, who helped the emperor of China defeat his mortal enemy. To reward the heroic dragon-dog for helping him bring peace and freedom to his land, the emperor granted the dragon-dog his daughters hand in marriage. To this day, the Panhu myth is still worshipped across the world, and what better to pay tribute to this legend than to enjoy this BULLDOG Gin based cocktail, whilst looking over the Capitals iconic skyline in Hutong.

The BULLDOG Gin Panhu cocktail is available at Hutong until 28th February 2018; with 50% of proceeds going to the Guide Dogs charity who train guide dogs across the UK; so that people who are blind or partially sighted can enjoy the same freedom of movement as everyone else.

BULLDOG Gin and Hutong’s Panhu cocktail:
Recipe:
40ml Bulldog Gin
15ml Pomelo Cordial
20ml Crème De Mure
