Rowan Fletcher was born in New Zealand; home to green, lush, outdoor living. She pretty much grew up in bare feet. How lucky was she to have that on her doorstep? However, it wasn’t all singing and dancing as she started work from a very young age so she soon learned the value of hard work and determination.

When did you launch the brand and what was the reason behind it?
I launched the business at the end of April this year. It has always been an ambition of mine to work for myself.
Whats your background?
Lingerie is my true passion. I have been fitting it by sight for over 10 years.
How many people are involved in the company and what are their roles?
It’s only me! I’m a one woman show. I want people to know they really get personal service.
If you could start over with the business, would you do anything differently?
Yes, start it 5 years ago!
What is the hardest challenge you have faced since you started the company?
Keeping a positive mindset and maintaining motivation when things don’t pan out the way I plan.
Tell us one fact about you that people wouldn’t know?
I played the trombone for 3 years in high school.
2016 is here, where do you plan on taking the brand?
I’m launching a men’s subscription in the next few months so keep your eyes peeled. I’m also promoting the business at the Girls Day Out show in Glasgow this December.
To date, what has been the highlight since launching?
Every time I parcel up a box to send, I look at my packaging and still can’t believe I have my own business.
Which city do you feel most at home in, London, Paris or New York?
Three beauty products you can’t leave the house without?
Dolce and Gabbana lippy, No7 powder and L’occitane shea butter hand cream.
Best thing about London to you?
People-watching on the Southbank during Summer.
Statement shoe or statement bag?
If you had to, what piece of clothing from your wardrobe would you wear everyday?
My black Luna Di Seta silk chemise. It’s heaven.

Best place for a coffee?
I love Artisan. Their flat white is superb.
Most memorable piece of advice given to you?
Your mother is always right. It’s true!
Dipping French fries into chocolate milkshakes. Yum.
If you could spent 24 hours in anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Auckland, New Zealand. Spending the day with my bestie.

Have my own branded undies.
