CoCo & VeVe was created by Ria who’s ambition was to create a timeless wardrobe for women. The label includes dresses and separates, which can be styled in several different ways, for all occasions. Ria creates many of her own prints, which are then digitally printed onto the fabrics.
Designed with the stylish, confident women in mind to take her from day to night, it was a brand that caught our eye here at House of Coco. We went along to find out more…
When did you launch the brand and what was the reason behind it?
Launched in 2015. With a passion and love of fabrics and fashion, I wanted to create clothing line for women not available on the high street. I felt there was a gap in the market between fast fashion and high-end luxury brands to be filled. I wanted to create a British brand made in the UK. A collection of quality garments at affordable prices women would love.
Whats your background?
I trained in fashion and textiles and worked for a children’s wear manufacturer for a time before having a career break to raise my family. During this time, I would always be making one off garments and selling at monthly local artisan markets.
