#CocoFood: Luxury Pasta at Home

We love a girls’ night in with a big bowl of something fabulous to eat, or a night in with our lover to chill on the sofa with a bowl of pasta while watching movies, who doesn’t?  But what #TeamCoco loves more than anything is pure unadulterated luxury, and we make sure that we don’t fall short with our home cooked pasta dishes either, they have to be luxurious from start to finish.

Let us introduce you to Italy’s most authentic gluten free pasta, and vegan friendly raw basil pesto – a match made in heaven by SEGGIANO.

Everything by SEGGIANO is handmade, handpicked, real food from Italy, and we are diving head first into our bowl of gluten free bronze drawn and slow dried, rice and teff tagliolini with a whopping great coating of raw basil pesto.

If you are into trying new pasta and always head for the best GF varieties out there, then we would absolutely suggest trying SEGGIANO. This pasta has a rough texture, which allows the pesto to cling to it more easily, it’s dried slowly at lower temperatures so it retails the unique nutty flavour, and it’s totally authentic.

As for the gluten free vegan friendly raw basil pesto, which is made from Liguarian basil freshly picked, washed, chopped and preserved in oil, all within a few hours, and it doesn’t contain cheese and is unpasteurised. The full list of ingredients includes; extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, fresh DOP Genovese basil, pine nuts, and sea salt – Italian to its core.

Together the pasta and the pesto are simply delish.

GF rice and teff tagliolini is priced at £4.90 (250g) long cuts, and £4.60 (250g) short cuts, plus Raw Basil Pesto £6.40 (200g). Available from Whole Foods, Planet Organic and online from SEGGIANO.
