Here at House of Coco we love to flaunt what we’ve got and in some cases… what we’ve bought from the surgeon!
There’s something about lingerie that makes us quiver with as much excitement as fear!
In one store they measure you one way, in another… another. One size fits sometimes in the month and in another… it doesn’t.
Our most recent obsession is with Panache.
Panache are a Sheffield based brand stocked in 53 countries worldwide. Their ethos is all based around providing a ‘stylish bra that is so comfortable and effortless to wear- the perfect fit, while being fashion forward and feminine’.
As well as the brands output of positive body images of women and promoting good role models across advertising and social media their bras are unbelievably comfy!
We have their main line ‘Panache’, ‘Panache Sport’… with an award winning sports bra that encapsulates breasts rather than simply squashing them, the glamorous ‘Panache black’, ‘Cleo’ their young at heart range and finally ‘Sculptresse’ for the fuller figure.
Our Writer Penny Lee Brown is a lover of all things lingerie and she tried out some of the bras.
“I’ll go straight on into this… I had a boob job in April last year and I never really realised how different they were to real ones! I mean, sure, they’re awesome! But when it comes to bra fitting you’re hoisted into a whole new world!
But as far as fitting goes, along come Panache and basically smash everyone out of the park with their fitting.
I was hesitant to get the size that I’d been given in another shop, just in case they didn’t quite fit in but low and behold, my brand new breasts were covered like a second skin and supported like my own hands. The fit of the Aria plunge was like heaven!
The Jasmine Balconnet Bra was equally supportive, even though there was no padding at all in there. Super comfy, very nice against the skin and a little bit sexy.
The famous Panache sports bra is now the only thing I can wear to the gym, I’ve since bought 2 more just because I don’t want to have to go through that many washes with just the one! You are held so in place it’s easy to forget they exist! Your boobs just, sort of, slot into the cups and scientifically stay put! (Not for those girls who like to go to the gym to bounce for the boys!)
The feeling you get when you put on a good bra is like sitting down after a full day of standing up, like taking your shoes off after dancing all night in a size too small (but you had to have them even though the last size was the wrong size), It’s like the moment your headache finally lifts and even more bizarrely… it’s like that magical moment when you take your bra off at the end of every day.
In terms of support, I vote Panache for bra!
